How to Clean Deep Fryer

8. DRYING

Use a cloth to wipe down the fryer and allow it to dry for a few hours. Reassemble all the parts only after they’ve properly dried.

Do not plug in the machine immediately after wiping. There are chances that water might have reached inside the machine while cleaning. Wait long enough for it to dry completely.
